At Mossbourne Fobbing Academy, we are committed to Excellence, Unity, and a No Excuses approach in everything we do. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the challenges of today’s world, and our recent PSHE Drop-Down Day was a shining example of this commitment.

A huge thank you to our incredible external experts, including Brook, Open Road, Gambling Harm, and Essex Police, for delivering impactful and interactive sessions. Their expertise and enthusiasm played a key role in creating a dynamic and meaningful learning experience for our students.

PSHE Drop-Down Day 2 focused on empowering students with essential life skills that will support them both in school and beyond. The day was packed with engaging workshops and discussions covering vital topics such as:

• Global issues
• Well-being & mental health
• Healthy relationships
• Financial literacy
• Personal safety

These sessions provided valuable insights and practical strategies to help students make informed decisions, build resilience, and prepare for their futures. The energy and enthusiasm displayed by our students were truly inspiring, as they actively participated in discussions, asked insightful questions, and embraced new learning experiences.
